Employment Litigation Associate

Location: Hybrid role based in the Las Vegas, Nevada office, United States

What you will do

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law matters.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Handle class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• At least 2 years of experience; an employment law background is strongly preferred.
• Current Nevada bar admission or the ability to obtain admission.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
