Labor Associate

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; work is based in the Pittsburgh office.

What you will do

• Advise public and private sector employers on traditional labor law matters.
• Handle labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
• Support employers in bargaining matters.
• Develop legal arguments and written materials for labor and employment disputes.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on client matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania, or actively seeking admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
• Traditional labor experience, ideally 5 or more years.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials, preferably in the top 25% of the class.
