Senior Director, Integrated Finance Data & Product Lead (AI)

Location: Bloomfield, Connecticut, United States. The role leads a U.S.-based Data & Product leadership team; occasional or permanent home working requires cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Annual salary: 184,400–307,400 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. The role may also include an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the Data & Product pillar across Data Foundation, Finance 360 Product, and Data Operations.
• Set priorities, manage dependencies, resources, risks, spending, and business outcomes across the pillar.
• Guide finance data sourcing, transformation, normalization, semantic models, reconciliations, definitions, and foundational data products.
• Oversee Finance 360 integration of reporting, analytics, KPIs, workflow, self-service, reference data, data health, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Establish operating models for data quality, controls, monitoring, issue management, stewardship, and governance.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, AI & Analytics, Process Re-engineering, Governance, and Global Capability Center teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data strategy, data and analytics, product leadership, Finance transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital products with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise data and analytics transformation in a large, complex organization.
• Experience supporting Accounting, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, semantic models, analytics platforms, data governance, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience leading global teams and cross-functional initiatives, with strong executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or payer industry experience.
• Experience working with or leading Global Capability Center teams.
