Senior Director, Product Management - Data Solutions (AI)

Location: Remote role associated with Austin, Texas, United States; benefits are specified for eligible US employees.

Base compensation: $188,933–$265,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and evolve the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the shared data platform, analytics, AI intelligence, and agentic experience layers.
• Lead the shared data foundation, including ingestion, normalization, contextualization, governance, data quality, provenance, and enterprise data services.
• Oversee analytics evolution from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive insights connected to workflows and actions.
• Set direction for reusable AI platform services, including model access, orchestration, explainability, validation, monitoring, and trust guardrails.
• Develop agentic experiences that enable self-service, workflow automation, auditability, and operational execution.
• Lead, mentor, and scale senior product managers while aligning engineering, design, clinical, commercial, and platform stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple product lines or a platform organization.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms, analytics products, and AI-enabled systems serving multiple applications.
• Strong judgment balancing foundational platform investments with customer and commercial impact.
• Experience with data trust, reliability, explainability, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and product portfolio revenue and cost targets.
• Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management for product managers.
• Experience communicating strategy and results to senior executives or board-level audiences.

• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with AI-driven product development, agent-based or workflow-oriented AI systems, and platform modernization.
• Experience evaluating build, partner, or buy options and supporting M&A or strategic partnership decisions.
