Global Product Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Plainfield, Indiana, United States; onsite 4 days per week. Domestic and international travel of up to 50% is required.

Salary: $130,000–$162,000 annual base compensation.

What you will do

• Lead revenue, profitability, and service-line strategy execution for the Sample and Repository Services business.
• Analyze the sample storage and management market, addressable opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Capture customer voice and support development of portfolio and service-line requirements.
• Drive the go-to-market strategy and long-term strategic plan in collaboration with global commercial and functional partners.
• Coordinate R&D, operations, and customer interactions while supporting cross-functional P&L management and risk mitigation.
• Drive new product introduction programs on time and within budget, monitor business performance, and implement growth actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, including at least 2 years in product management.
• Experience working with large pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Strong financial, analytical, forecasting, negotiation, and presentation skills, including P&L and SIOP experience.
• Experience with lean or process improvement and a proven record of new product development and introduction.
• Ability to lead teams without direct authority, collaborate across functions, manage complex priorities, and communicate with senior leadership up to the CEO.
• Ability to work onsite in Plainfield, Indiana, four days per week and travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
