Senior Product Manager (Life Sciences)

Location: Onsite in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.

Salary: $127,500–$195,000 USD annually, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead voice-of-customer research, workflow observation, win/loss analysis, usage analysis, and market assessments across regions.
• Set portfolio strategy, develop roadmaps, assess opportunities, and define lifecycle priorities from investment through retirement.
• Translate customer needs and technical capabilities into value propositions, service packages, positioning, launch plans, and commercial tools.
• Develop forecasts and recommendations for pricing, packaging, discounts, and complimentary services.
• Evaluate revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, capacity, quality, and resource trade-offs.
• Coordinate execution with commercial, operations, project management, quality, R&D, finance, product management, and technical teams using continuous-improvement methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or adjacent commercial roles.
• At least 7 years of direct product-management accountability for strategy, lifecycle management, commercialization, and business performance.
• Experience managing complex technical product or service portfolios, including opportunity assessment, roadmaps, commercialization, optimization, and retirement.
• Experience developing business cases, forecasts, value propositions, and pricing or packaging recommendations.
• Experience leading global cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, filtration, validation, regulated services, or another technically complex, quality-sensitive environment.
• Experience scaling global service or combined product-and-service offerings through development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with the hirify.global Business System, Lean, structured problem solving, standard work, or visual project management.
