Product Manager - Strategic Planning & Forecasting (Life Sciences)

Salary: From $115,000 base salary, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Design, validate, build, and launch products and features with Advisory, Engineering, Automation, Data Science, and UI/UX teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and refine them based on technical feedback.
• Assess data sources and metrics, process unstructured healthcare data, and develop GenAI-assisted automation workflows.
• Write data-processing requirements, quality-check automation outputs, and perform user acceptance testing of product functionality and data science results.
• Support roadmap and release planning, go-to-market materials, proposals, and internal and client user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of Life Sciences Consulting or Management Consulting experience focused on Life Sciences New Product Planning and/or healthcare secondary data, including claims analytics.
• Strong interest in developing product management skills and evidence of self-directed skill building.
• Ability to collaborate with client-facing, advisory, engineering, automation, and data science stakeholders.
• Technical fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to understand technical concepts and communicate clearly with technical teams.
• Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic environment with multiple workstreams and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical forecast development experience.
• Experience independently adopting technology to improve workflows.
• Qualitative understanding of statistical methods and their limitations.
• Interest in the rapidly evolving field of GenAI.
