Delivery and Operations Product Lead Global Patient Safety

Location: Armonk, New York or Warren, New Jersey, United States; a minimum of four days onsite per week is required. The role is not open to fully remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Salary: $157,200–$256,600 annually.

What you will do

• Lead implementation, operational support, and continuous improvement for Global Patient Safety technology products.
• Intake, assess, prioritize, and validate domain-specific requirements with business partners and product stakeholders.
• Own automated reporting solutions, including standardized templates, validated source-data linkages, and submission-readiness checks.
• Harmonize narratives, data structures, and formatting rules across markets to improve consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee internal and vendor delivery, resourcing, releases, system changes, issue management, and steering committees.
• Plan product capabilities and roadmaps while tracking delivered value, savings, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including product ownership of Global Patient Safety technology solutions such as Argus.
• Experience with end-to-end GxP implementations from requirements gathering through IQ and PQ execution.
• Knowledge of IT service management, ITIL v3, software development life cycle practices, and agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in technology project management, stakeholder management, budget management, team leadership, hiring, supervision, and mentoring.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical Global Development capabilities, processes, systems, and industry trends.
