Associate Implementation Manager (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding timelines for new direct clients and clients assigned through broker and TPA partners.
• Communicate milestones, requirements, deadlines, adjustments, and project updates to clients, external partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate operational setup using standardized processes, approved file layouts, and secure data transfer protocols.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for onboarding, file layouts, data transfers, and ongoing administration.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and client configurations while monitoring deadlines and escalating risks.
• Identify process barriers and recommend improvements that reduce administrative effort and support smoother implementations.

Requirements

• Experience supporting client onboarding, implementation, account setup, or related operational services, preferably in B2B, benefits, payroll, broker, TPA, or client services environments.
• Strong project coordination, organization, follow-up, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Familiarity with file formats, secure data transfers, operational workflows, and electronic or manual B2B data file transfers.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in employee voluntary benefits, client onboarding, client servicing, or a related operational support function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.
