Associate Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; travel up to 10% for event and video program management.

What you will do

• Lead internal and external meetings and facilitate clear, productive discussions.
• Review contracts and project inputs, identify open questions, and align cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedules, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities to keep deliverables on track.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, KPIs, and client-ready communications.
• Use Workfront to manage tasks, timelines, and communication across programs.
• Coordinate faculty recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, logistics, and other operational details.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to three years of experience in project coordination or project management preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or Copilot.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Cranbury, New Jersey, with up to 10% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or life sciences industry.
