Implementation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from late-stage sales through service launch and post-implementation support.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, including planning, scope, budgets, procurement, logistics, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, community locations, installation vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and support installation of sensors, networking equipment, and servers through virtual and onsite tours.
• Lead onboarding, weekly status calls, training sessions, user-account creation, consent strategies, and technical platform support.
• Review installation quality, provide remote troubleshooting, and drive projects through daily implementation challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Manager, Implementation Manager, or Project Manager, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing improvements.
• Technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, networking, and technology implementation experience.
• Experience architecting solutions and integrations for diverse customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and occasionally lift heavy equipment; ideally, access to a personal vehicle.
