International Trade Compliance Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Analyze trade laws and regulations to validate the compliant movement of materials, technology, equipment, and software between global facilities and customer sites.
• Manage customs, duty compliance, duty deferral, and day-to-day export activities for assigned sites.
• Perform export audits, oversee sensitive export operations, and maintain dual-use and military export licenses.
• Coordinate logistics partners, review service quality, and recommend process improvements based on data.
• Act as a European ITC expert for AX/D365/OCR, maintaining systems and accurate HTS and ECCN classifications.
• Support AEO and other supply-chain security programs, resolve screening results, and deliver global compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or International Trade.
• At least 5 years of import/export compliance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of European customs, dual-use, and military export regulations, including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC requirements.
• Detailed understanding of Incoterms, cargo insurance, customs and commercial invoices, packing lists, transport waybills, export classifications, and license data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document library systems, and database management, plus strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Business fluency in English is required.
