Supply Officer Standard Parts, Chemical & Platforms (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan material requirements and maintain constant material availability for assigned parts, chemicals, and platforms.
• Execute urgent procurement and coordinate the introduction of new components with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage suppliers through catch-up plans, capacity checks, improvement actions, delivery-time negotiations, and supply problem resolution.
• Process quality issues, revalidation activities, shelf-life extensions, overdue invoices, and blocked orders.
• Coordinate with strategic purchasing, quality assurance, logistics, programs, export control, engineering, and production.
• Improve supply chain lead times, costs, OTD1 performance, inventory management, and KPIs using data analysis tools such as Skywise.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training with further professional education; technician or business economist training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain processes, especially quality and logistics.
• Customer-oriented mindset, teamwork, determination, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English, German, and French are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel is required.
