What you will do

• Secure on-time and on-quality deliveries by monitoring supply flows, anticipating missing parts, and driving escalations between Procurement and Logistics.
• Coordinate return and parasitic flows by selecting optimal operational solutions, including RPO creation, SO alerts, and component reallocations.
• Contribute to production routines, including MPS, ToDoList, and Quality Gates, to adjust buffer stock levels and align delivery dates with aircraft planning.
• Coordinate technical modifications, retrofits, and packaging specifications with Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain flows and contribute to supplier claim dossier consolidation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial procurement.
• Technical expertise in supply chain management, including MPS planning, stock buffer management, return and parasitic flows, and ODD tracking.
• Experience with ERP and production tracking tools such as SAP and ToDoList.
• Knowledge of engineering change processes, including DQN and MOD, and experience participating in Quality Gates.
• Ability to handle administrative disputes and apply structured problem-solving methods.
• Intermediate to advanced English, written and spoken, is required for communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
