What you will do

• Oversee inbound and outbound general cargo transport operations by air, sea, road, and rail.
• Validate non-routine transport requests supporting manufacturing plants and final assembly lines.
• Monitor Lead Transport Provider KPIs covering delivery, quality, CO2, and cost, and establish corrective action plans.
• Conduct site audits and operational reviews with 3PL and 4PL partners to enforce transport regulations, EHS, and ethics standards.
• Manage contract deliverables, including scope changes, claims, and cost-optimization targets.
• Deploy continuous improvement and Lean projects across European road networks.

Requirements

• Background in transport, supply chain, logistics, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or supplier management.
• Experience with hirify.global operational tools including QLIK, SKYWISE, AirSupply, and TRANSPORT APP, plus supplier tools such as MyWS and MyCSL.
• Expertise in international transport regulations, contract management, and EHS fundamentals.
• Project management experience in supply chain transformation and Lean processes.
• Fluent or advanced English.
