Machine Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine and robot automation issues using manufacturer instructions, engineering specifications, diagrams, and schematics.
• Inspect defective equipment, recommend repairs, and perform maintenance on complex industrial machines.
• Complete daily and scheduled preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, production machines, pneumatic tools, and engines.
• Disassemble, repair, replace, realign, and lubricate machine components using appropriate tools and lifting equipment.
• Perform maintenance, installations, and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems as needed.
• Maintain clean machine components and work areas while supporting the overall maintenance program.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of machine maintenance experience with electrical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of machine and robot automation and advanced troubleshooting using deductive reasoning and schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in mechatronics, industrial electronics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test and communicate with staff, vendors, and management.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motion, bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
