Machine Maintenance Technician (Industrial Electronics)

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine and robot automation issues using manufacturer instructions, engineering specifications, schematics, and diagrams.
• Inspect defective machines and components, recommend repairs, and perform complex industrial equipment repairs.
• Complete daily and scheduled preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, production machines, pneumatic tools, engines, and related mechanical equipment.
• Disassemble, replace, repair, realign, lubricate, clean, and install machine components using appropriate lifting and hand tools.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems as needed.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of machine maintenance experience with electrical knowledge.
• Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in mechatronics, industrial electronics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate with staff, vendors, and management, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, including team lifts over 50 pounds.
