Equipment Maintenance Tech (Plumber) - Compressed Day Shift

Location: Forest Grove, Oregon, United States; on-site day shift Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Occasional weekend overtime and holiday/weekend coverage may be required.

What you will do

• Repair and install plumbing lines for water, air, and ventilation systems.
• Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on a wide range of facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electro-mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain equipment records, spare-parts inventory, and facility housekeeping standards.
• Support cost-effective equipment installations, modifications, improvement initiatives, and facilities projects.
• Communicate with engineers, associates, vendors, and other customers to resolve equipment issues.

Requirements

• Journeyman Plumbing license required.
• Extensive knowledge of water, air, and ventilation pipe runs, requirements, and regulations.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications.
• Ability to prioritize work assignments, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a backlog of tasks.
• ITAR-controlled products and technical data are restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
