Maintenance Technician - Experienced (Manufacturing)

Location: New Hudson, Michigan, United States; onsite work across office, manufacturing, laboratory, and shop environments.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for building systems, machinery, and facility equipment.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, painting, drywall, and general building systems.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, equipment manuals, and documentation to complete maintenance work.
• Conduct facility inspections and maintain safe, clean, organized, and functional work areas.
• Support facility setup and teardown, emergency repairs, and timely responses to maintenance requests.
• Use power tools, maintenance equipment, work-order systems, Microsoft Office, and CMMS platforms such as Eptura Asset.

Requirements

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• At least 10 years of facilities maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 75 pounds and work at elevated heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Possess or obtain a valid Chauffeur's License and be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and emergency call-ins when required.

Nice to have

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems such as Eptura Asset.
