Vice President of Hospitality (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across hotel departments, including rooms, food and beverage, and events.
• Lead restaurant operations, banquets, in-room dining, and events while maintaining luxury service standards and SOP execution.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, and P&L performance.
• Identify value-enhancing opportunities, innovative programming, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Partner with ownership, asset management, sales, marketing, and PR on financial performance, brand positioning, capital planning, and guest experience.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor leadership talent while supporting renovations, development initiatives, and future hospitality growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hotel leadership experience, including 3+ years as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in luxury or upscale environments.
• Strong experience in food and beverage operations, including restaurants and banquets.
• Experience in boutique, independent, or luxury-branded hotels.
• Experience with hotel openings, renovations, or development initiatives and collaboration with ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, labor strategy, revenue optimization, luxury service standards, and Microsoft 365.
