Property Operations Manager - Trailhead

What you will do

• Direct property and facilities operations to maintain standards and continuously improve the resident experience.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, train, coach, and develop direct reports while managing performance and succession planning.
• Oversee maintenance operations, work order completion, preventative maintenance, curb appeal, key control, and capital improvement recommendations.
• Manage property performance against budget, maximizing revenue while controlling expenses and vendor costs.
• Coordinate with university partners and internal HR, Facilities, and Retail support teams to resolve escalated concerns and remove operational roadblocks.
• Lead property communications and implement policies that support a safe and effective work environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily housing, or a similar industry.
• Experience with operations, team leadership, supervision, and performance management.
• Skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, facility management, budgeting, business administration, public relations, and residence life.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
