District Manager

What you will do

• Own full P&L accountability for all sites and contracts within the district.
• Develop budgets and operational plans to achieve financial, EBITDA, customer-rating, and contract-performance targets.
• Build client relationships, manage engagement outcomes, support contract extensions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead multi-site field operations teams and support functions, including performance management, mentoring, and employee development.
• Strengthen operating standards and implement improvements across safety, quality, customer service, finance, and employee performance.
• Coordinate with regional leaders and other District Managers to align field operations with corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of operations or business development experience.
• Proven leadership, people management, financial management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple units; hospitality or hotel industry experience is an asset.
• Ability to motivate teams, solve complex operational problems, and drive measurable business results.
• Familiarity with current industry technology and demonstrated market awareness, branding, and innovation.
