Senior Operations Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Denver, Colorado; must live within driving distance of assigned properties and spend 95% of the time onsite.

Salary: $81,000–$83,000 annually, with potential eligibility for equity, bonus, perks, benefits, and travel credits.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food and beverage.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure hirify.global standards are consistently met.
• Improve operating profit per unit through revenue growth, cost control, and collaboration with the Commercial team.
• Monitor guest feedback and eliminate recurring service issues.
• Build relationships with property partners, local businesses, vendors, and the broader community.
• Develop and execute operational improvement plans at the property, market, and regional levels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel management experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems and core hospitality software.
• Demonstrated ability to improve guest experience metrics such as GSS, NPS, or equivalent scores.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and operational data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams, including making performance-based personnel decisions.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, predictive analysis, and stakeholder-influence skills.
