What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts and transactions of varying complexity and risk.
• Monitor operational systems, account activity, internal controls, reporting, cash flows, fee billing, and receivables.
• Review legal documents and agreements, provide comments to counsel, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Research and resolve client service and control issues while working with internal and external partners.
• Support the structuring and closing of transactions, client meetings, sales calls, fee proposals, and new business opportunities.
• Lead or support departmental projects, develop business processes, and mentor less experienced associates when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of client service experience with Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the field.
• Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience.
• A demonstrated sense of ownership in jobs or projects.
