Relationship Manager II ENT (Banking)

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $101,231–$172,355 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with Multi-Family Office prospects and clients.
• Conduct outreach, client calls, events, referrals, and community activities to generate new business.
• Prepare relationship plans, calling schedules, revenue objectives, and account profitability analyses.
• Discuss financing opportunities, forecast credit needs, structure solutions, and coordinate product specialists.
• Negotiate, price, document, and close loan transactions while applying sound credit and risk judgment.
• Coordinate with internal departments, monitor account activity, and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of lending experience.
• At least 3 years of credit experience.
• Must be registered and licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and remain in good standing under the SAFE Act, or be eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of commercial credit policies, banking operations, credit analysis, and accounting.
• Demonstrated sales, marketing, communication, teamwork, and independent decision-making skills.
