Starting base salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with business banking prospects and clients.
• Understand client financial requirements and provide banking, financing, and credit solutions.
• Create relationship plans and calling schedules, identify cross-sell opportunities, and generate referrals.
• Negotiate, document, and close loan transactions while maintaining bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio profitability, credit quality, risk, account activity, and operational risk factors.
• Coordinate with branches, product specialists, and internal departments to resolve client and transaction needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial lending experience within the assigned segment.
• Minimum 5 years of credit experience.
• Working knowledge of bank operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of bank products and services.
• Ability to be registered under the Safe Act and the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; existing good standing and registration are preferred.
