Relationship Manager II (Banking)

Location: In office at 20 Pacifica, Irvine, California, US 92618

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Acquire new personal and small-business clients and deepen existing relationships through cross-selling.
• Manage a client portfolio and provide tailored financial advice across deposits, investments, credit, loans, and lines of credit.
• Deliver a consistent client experience, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal banking partners.
• Build business through networking, community involvement, and professional activities.
• Manage lending decisions and risk in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Represent the bank professionally with clients, colleagues, and community organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered or licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or eligible for registration.
• Knowledge of personal and business banking products, financial statements, negotiation, and economic conditions.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including CIP, KYC, and risk management.
