Manager - Client (Banking)

Salary: $59,467–$94,975 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop branch sales and service colleagues, including hiring and annual performance reviews.
• Drive exemplary client service, retention, product knowledge, referrals, cross-selling, and new client acquisition.
• Support the branch manager and relationship managers in building and maintaining client relationships, including joint client calls and site visits.
• Manage outbound calling, internal sales processes, business development, and portfolio growth.
• Maintain branch operational integrity through risk management, loss prevention, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policy changes and coordinate with internal banking partners to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct client service experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a banking environment.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, policies, procedures, audit processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
