Client Manager Senior– Preferred Banking

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Support Preferred Banking sales and business development by coordinating colleagues, resources, client materials, and joint meetings.
• Manage and grow personal and business client relationships through high-touch service and tailored banking solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and expansion for investment management, trust, loan, deposit, and other banking services, including selected KYC activities.
• Partner with Preferred Bankers on client planning, 360 reviews, sales calls, and ongoing service delivery.
• Provide extensive calendar management and confidential administrative support.
• Monitor operational integrity, risk management, loss prevention, audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support.
• At least 8 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 8 years of experience with bank products and services, including deposits, wealth management, cash management, and international banking.
• Strong risk management, analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Must be in good standing under the SAFE Act and registered or eligible for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
