Plant Staff Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, USA; onsite plant-based role with 70% of the time spent on the production floor.

Salary: $74,200–$135,800 (Zone A), $68,000–$124,500 (Zone B), or $61,800–$113,100 (Zone C) per year, depending on work location and labor-cost zone.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical engineering support to Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations across the facility.
• Lead the design and execution of site-based capital projects and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Identify and solve packaging, process, and plant utility system problems using internal and external resources.
• Drive safety, environmental sustainability, manufacturing performance, cost savings, and regulatory compliance improvements.
• Manage projects according to project management standards, schedules, required results, and budget targets.
• Share technical knowledge, participate in seminars, and train Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams on new techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in plant engineering or operations.
• Experience with SAP.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with rotating equipment, elevated surfaces, and temperature variations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
