Salary: $103,000–$154,600 per year

What you will do

• Support counterparty requests and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
• Review nominations, allocations, and prior-day sales while preparing reports and balancing forecasts.
• Confirm product availability by coordinating allocation requests with the scheduling team.
• Agree weekly supply volumes with counterparties and enter sales contracts into RightAngle.
• Coordinate terminal issues, customer shifts, and outages with exchange counterparts.
• Submit monthly nominations for third-party exchange locations, maintain ETRM data, and back up the Merc Desk with hedging and futures execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Waltham, Massachusetts corporate headquarters.
