Sr Compensation Analyst

Location: Boston, MA, United States; employees work from the office 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.

Base salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide compensation analysis and support to Compensation and HR colleagues across business areas and locations.
• Report and analyze compensation data, conduct market analysis, and support offer and transfer reviews.
• Advise on competitive and fair compensation levels for new-hire offers.
• Support firm-wide benchmarking, third-party surveys, and interpretation of internal and external market data.
• Support mid-year and year-end compensation reviews, regulatory projects, and compliance reporting.
• Create and maintain compensation tools, resources, and frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Excel, with proven data analysis and presentation experience.
• Problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to make recommendations.
• Client service, relationship management, project management, collaboration, and strong attention to detail.
• Confidentiality, discretion, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
