TL;DR
Solutions Analyst (Portfolio Management/Investment Research): Supporting portfolio oversight, strategic rebalancing, risk and performance analysis, and research for public-private multi-asset investment solutions with an accent on portfolio construction, private-asset assumptions, and capital market inputs. Focus on analyzing investment data, strengthening position monitoring, and developing research frameworks for long-term asset allocation.
Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with office work 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.
Base salary: USD 80,000–150,000 per year, plus potential bonus, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do
- Support portfolio management teams with high-priority initiatives and operational needs across the solutions portfolio.
- Develop expertise in discretionary solutions, including investment rationale, portfolio templates, constraints, and turnover considerations.
- Analyze and assist with strategic rebalancing and coordinate related operational activities.
- Strengthen position oversight, risk review, and performance monitoring across the solutions platform.
- Research strategic portfolio design for public-private multi-asset products and develop assumptions for private assets.
- Conduct research and analysis supporting the fundamental inputs used in capital market assumptions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience; early-career profile.
- Quantitative skills demonstrated through research, education, portfolio construction, or risk management.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data and learn new technologies.
- Interest in technology, data analysis, risk, and portfolio construction.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, responsible, and independent working style with strong problem-solving skills.

- Experience with multi-asset investing.
