Team Analyst – Global Focused Growth Strategy

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $180,000–$300,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills; discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Support the Portfolio Manager in executing and improving the Global Focused Growth investment framework.
• Lead company, industry, and thematic research projects aligned with portfolio needs.
• Build and maintain three-statement and scenario models, time-series analyses, and forward forecasts.
• Translate research into investment briefs, differentiated insights, recommendations, and portfolio actions.
• Engage CEOs, CFOs, public-company executives, and external experts through meetings, calls, and site visits.
• Design AI-driven workflows, prompt libraries, retrieval systems, and automation to improve research speed and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant buy-side or sell-side investment experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and time-series analytics.
• Quantitative training in areas such as calculus, statistics, econometrics, or CFA coursework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and working knowledge of equity markets and instruments.
• Proven ability to use AI tools and prompt engineering for research applications.
• Willingness to travel globally; FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported.
