Sr Supply Chain & Fulfilment Analyst (Supply Chain Transformation)

Location: Amstelveen, The Netherlands; flexible work model combining purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.

Salary: €65,600–€77,900 gross annual, including 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Support strategic initiatives on the EMEA Supply Chain Transformation Roadmap.
• Contribute to project planning, governance, follow-up, and implementation support.
• Collect and analyse operational data, establish baselines, and support business cases.
• Troubleshoot customer fulfilment issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Recommend sustainable process improvements and support KPI reporting, trend analysis, and performance reviews.
• Provide analytical and coordination support during peak trading periods and changing priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer fulfilment, planning, operations, continuous improvement, project management, consulting, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to identifying root causes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects, operational improvements, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in an international and cross-functional environment.
• APICS certification or equivalent.
