TL;DR
Supply Chain & Logistics Intern (Supply Chain/Logistics): Supporting supply planning, exports, process improvement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain analytics at Kraft Heinz with an accent on process optimization, data analysis, and customer service improvement. Focus on improving supply chain loss analysis, customer stock follow-up, partner payment tracking, root-cause follow-up, and project delivery.
Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam; must be based in the Netherlands for the entire six-month internship.
Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours and five days per week, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses.

What you will do
- Support teams across supply planning, exports, process improvement, customer excellence, logistics and inventory, supply chain analytics, global logistics, and control tower operations.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the Supply Chain Loss Tool and related analysis.
- Improve customer stock follow-up and customer care satisfaction through root-cause analysis and proposed actions.
- Implement tools for tracking partner payments and take ownership of assigned projects.
Requirements
- EU/EEA students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship; non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full internship.
- EU working rights are required through EU citizenship or study in the Netherlands.
- Currently completing a bachelor's degree or studying for a master's degree in engineering, supply chain, computer science, econometrics, or mathematics.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, analytical, project management, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
