Supply Planning Analyst – Sauces

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. An EU Working Permit is required; the Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

hirify.global is hiring for its European and Pacific Developed Markets supply planning organization.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain category dashboards covering inventory levels, lead times, service levels, and other supply chain metrics.
• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and fill rates to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support monthly and quarterly category reviews, including performance analysis, action planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Diagnose inventory and service-level issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate reporting processes through data validation, cleansing, visualization, and completeness checks.
• Generate analytical insights and predictive forecasts to support supply chain strategy and optimization.

Requirements

• EU Working Permit required; Orientation Year Visa not accepted.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with planning systems such as OMP and SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and reporting, combined with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
