Manager, Global Logistics Performance & Cost Analytics

Location: Roosendaal, Netherlands; flexible within Global Logistics Operations. International travel of approximately 10–15% is required.

Salary: EUR 90,000–120,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and manage global logistics KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Lead cost transparency, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and activity-based costing initiatives.
• Analyze logistics costs, volumes, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build executive reporting and provide actionable insights to Global Logistics leadership.
• Manage vendor performance scorecards and support business reviews, RFQs, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data Analytics, Procurement, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams on network optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Approximately 10–15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or related operational environments.
• Experience with multinational organizations, global supply chain networks, logistics cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, management reporting, and supporting vendor management, tenders, and business reviews.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools; experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, and willingness to travel internationally 10–15%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with activity-based costing, cost-to-serve analysis, or similar methodologies.
• SAP experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
