Transcon Agent (Night Shift) (Logistics)

Location: Brisbane, California, United States; local applicants only. Night shift: 15:00–23:59, Monday to Friday.

Salary: $22.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Ensure smooth, timely shipment processing and maintain accurate operational-system data.
• Track and trace shipments and communicate proactively with internal and external customers.
• Complete client billing, review invoices, manage destination charges, and resolve billing disputes.
• Post financial transactions, monitor accounting reports, and maintain clean, auditable records.
• Support financial controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and escalation of billing discrepancies.
• Complete cross-training, improve operational efficiency, and represent hirify.global professionally with customers, service providers, and government agencies.

Requirements

• Proficiency with software applications and mainframe systems.
• Ability to use a 10-key keypad by touch and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify, propose, and implement process improvements in a high-stress environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and complete 52 hours of training annually, including mandatory training.
• Strong understanding of export compliance.
• Relevant certifications may include export clearance, dangerous goods, IATA/FIATA, export compliance, customs broker, sales, transition, and implementation certifications.
