Customs Specialist (Logistics)

Location: New York City, New York, United States; onsite

Salary: $25.50 USD per hour, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain accurate data from clients and suppliers through to the Customs team.
• Enter commercial product information quickly, consistently, and accurately.
• Refine and expand processes for data onboarding and delivery.
• Perform quality control on international shipment documents.
• Apply strong attention to detail and follow-through in daily work.

Requirements

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work hands-on with freight and logistics operations.
• A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
