Logistics Attendant (Shipping Operations)

Location: East Syracuse, NY, USA; onsite warehouse and production operations

Salary: USD 19–22 per hour, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match up to 8%.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, document, and stock incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain storage locations, high-bay racking, vertical lift modules, and organized inventory across warehouse and production areas.
• Pick and stage materials for production, Kanban replenishment, and internal orders.
• Operate forklifts, lift trucks, pallet jacks, VLMs, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare packaging, labeling, consolidated deliveries, and documentation for domestic, international, dangerous goods, and freight shipments.
• Coordinate with Order Management, Finance, and Logistics to support accurate, on-time shipments and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer and process skills; SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office proficiency are recommended.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse material-handling equipment and obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical warehouse activities.
