What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for a product portfolio, including long-range and monthly planning cycles.
• Anticipate supply risks and opportunities and lead cross-functional teams in developing mitigation plans to protect patient supply continuity.
• Represent global, regional, and site supply chain functions in product teams and drive alignment on strategy, risks, and lifecycle decisions.
• Advise on manufacturing site selection, network evaluations, business cases, acquisitions, integrations, and transformations.
• Align global demand and supply plans, monitor inventory and supply performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain planning assumptions for lead times, critical raw materials, capacity, and financial impact while sharing best practices across the supply chain network.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 4 years, bachelor’s degree with 6 years, associate degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with demand, supply, inventory, financial, and manufacturing network planning.
• Ability to perform system-based advanced supply planning and scenario analysis.
• Strong communication, business analytical, cross-functional relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Digital mindset with the ability to use data, digital tools, and automation to improve planning and decision-making.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, COGM, COGS, and NPV analysis.
