Associate Director, 3PL Operations (Third-Party Logistics) (Cold Chain Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Billerica, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with on-site presence required 3+ days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $139,000–$232,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for cold chain and radioactive pharmaceuticals.
• Manage third-party logistics providers supporting pharmaceutical distribution.
• Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of temperature-controlled products.
• Protect supply chain integrity and maintain compliance for radioactive pharmaceutical operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing 3PL operations in pharmaceutical logistics or distribution.
• Knowledge of cold chain pharmaceutical handling and temperature-controlled transportation.
• Experience with radioactive pharmaceutical logistics and related compliance requirements.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Ability to work on-site in Billerica, Massachusetts, at least 3 days per week.
