Supply Chain Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Salary: $81,375.00–$117,541.66 per year

What you will do

• Manage supply chain activities for North American General Medicines external manufacturing.
• Ensure continuous product supply from subcontractors while optimizing inventory levels, production plans, supplier orders, and delivery schedules.
• Manage CMO costs, relationships, quality business reviews, inventory reconciliations, contracts, and financial performance with Procurement.
• Plan and direct supply chain activities for CMOs, hirify.global industrial sites, and country affiliates supporting North American and rest-of-world commercial products.
• Lead portfolio projects and coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches, manufacturing capability, and product growth.
• Report supply chain KPIs and support supplier contract negotiations, P&L management, project budgets, and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain manufacturing or packaging across dosage forms, including sterile products, medical devices, biotechnology, or technical project management.
• Experience in supply chain planning and operations, including master data management, material planning, and supply planning.
• Proficiency in SAP and Kinaxis core system functionality.
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and motivational skills.
• Exposure to Lean methodologies.
