Supply Chain Manager (Technology Industry)

Location: Multiple US locations, including Bellevue, Washington, and South San Francisco, California. Hybrid work with a combination of home, hirify.global office, and client-site presence; travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year, plus potential cost-of-living adjustment, leave policies, bonus incentives, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Pursue new business opportunities with high-tech clients alongside supply chain leaders and account teams.
• Develop client relationships across supply chain, operations, procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Shape offerings for data center implementation and management, including inventory optimization, demand and capacity planning, supply chain visibility, network design, supplier performance, and operational resilience.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering complex supply chain consulting engagements and transformation programs.
• Ensure work-product quality, prepare executive-level presentations, and communicate recommendations to senior leaders.
• Build, coach, and motivate project team members while contributing to analytics assets, methodologies, and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, analytics, or a related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting or supply chain transformation.
• Experience leading complex supply chain and operations projects and managing teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, network optimization, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, business development capability, a client-first mentality, and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent English and US work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, cloud, or data center-related supply chains.
