Manager, Supply Chain (Pharma)

Salary: $107,718–$161,000 annually, plus incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Manage the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process and coordinate demand planning with Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, Channel Strategy, and other partners.
• Develop manufacturing, distribution, replenishment, and safety-stock plans for new and existing pharmaceutical products, including international products.
• Manage purchase orders, ERP transactions, inventory reconciliation, supplier performance metrics, and supply chain reporting.
• Coordinate distribution, logistics, 3PL operations, international and intercompany shipments, serialization, recalls, returns, claims, and product destructions.
• Lead relationships with contract manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and logistics vendors, including service agreements, business reviews, audits, and performance management.
• Identify supply risks, negotiate resolutions, implement mitigation actions, and maintain SOPs and training aligned with GxP and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Business analytics, project management, ERP, and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Negotiation, team leadership, networking, organization, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments and dealing with ambiguity.
• Industry experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food.

Nice to have

• APICS certification.
• GMP and SAP S/4HANA experience.
