Assembler II Electronics (Aerospace): Assembling and inspecting aerospace and defense electronic components and assemblies in a high-volume manufacturing environment with an accent on fine soldering, production documentation, and quality standards. Focus on interpreting engineering prints and wiring diagrams, operating manufacturing equipment, resolving non-conformances, and maintaining safe Lean production processes.
Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; onsite manufacturing environment
Salary: $22.26–$27.45 per hour

What you will do
- Perform electronic assembly processes using visual aids, written instructions, wiring diagrams, and applicable military or industry standards.
- Prepare, clean, mark, inspect, repair, and rework components, subassemblies, and completed assemblies.
- Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery across multiple process areas.
- Complete production paperwork, inventory cycle counts, work orders, and Non-Conformance Reports.
- Support investigations and resolution of quality, material, and safety issues with supervisors and Engineering.
- Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, 5S, KPI tracking, standard work, team meetings, training, and area maintenance.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus a fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to interpret production and engineering prints, production planning information, assembly aids, illustrations, and wiring diagrams.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, arm-hand steadiness, accurate color and near vision, and depth perception.
- Basic computer skills, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Where controlled data or information access is required, only US Persons will be considered due to ITAR obligations.
Nice to have
- IPC soldering, rework, or repair certification.
- Experience maintaining equipment under a stringent calibration schedule.
- Designated Inspection certification.
- Ability to determine operation sequences and installation requirements from sketches and oral instructions.
