Location: Moorpark, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $21–$29 per hour

Full-time role reporting to a Production Supervisor and contributing to aerospace and defense manufacturing programs.

What you will do

  • Assemble complex sub-assemblies and finished products using hand tools and automatic shop tools.
  • Work as part of a production cell to complete required manufacturing activities.
  • Follow written instructions, work instructions, travelers, quality procedures, and environmental health and safety guidelines.
  • Complete production records, logs, operation stamps, and material traceability documentation accurately.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical testing on manufactured products.
  • Support continuous improvement and learn new assembly techniques.

Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on electro-mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience assembling small, detailed components and working with a microscope.
  • Ability to use hand tools and read measuring tools.
  • Ability to perform mechanical and electrical product testing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

  • Certified soldering skills according to J-STD or NASA standards.
  • Previous experience in Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 cleanrooms.
