Electro Mechanical Assembler III (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, PA, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and working shift.

What you will do

• Support assembly, testing, and packaging across medical device manufacturing production lines.
• Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Use advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques and work according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and help correct manufacturing defects and error codes with manufacturing technicians.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve documentation and process flows.
• Train and teach new operators across multiple workstations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in medical devices or a closely related field.
• Ability to master multiple workstations across assembly and test production lines.
• Advanced reading, writing, communication, and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics as needed.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
