Electronic Assembler-Weekend Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Hollister, CA, United States; onsite weekend shift, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM Friday–Sunday

Salary: $20–$37 per hour, plus eligibility for a bonus.

hirify.global's PacSci EMC operating company develops energetic materials, devices, and subsystems for military and commercial applications, including aerospace and other mission-critical industries.

What you will do

• Perform production assembly operations on electronic components, subassemblies, and related units.
• Hand-load PCB assemblies using schematics, drawings, visual aids, and written instructions.
• Solder leaded, lead-free, fine-pitch, and various-size electronic components, including soldering under a microscope.
• Identify and repair soldering anomalies and complete assembly rework or reassembly.
• Apply IPC acceptability standards and support continuous improvement in the electronics production process.
• Attend offsite training when required to maintain certification requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify component values.
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, schematics, customer or engineering drawings, and visual aids.
• IPC-J-STD and IPC-A-610 knowledge or certification; on-the-job training is provided.
• U.S. citizenship or another qualifying U.S. Person status is required due to U.S. Government contractual and export-control requirements, unless the necessary authorizations are obtained.
